((I know I’m way late with this (lmao by weeks) but I’ve had this blog for a year now o:
I started it as a way to get by the fact we had no Internet or TV when I moved last year, and as months passed I really began to enjoy drawing Ari, and getting into her character. Yeah, I’ve gone on small hiatuses, but I keep coming back.
Course, Ari isn’t the only reason. Amazing friends and awesome followers who enjoy what I do with Ari also help keep me around. I started this ask blog for myself, but now I do things for everyone else too ~
So TL;DR: Y’all rock, and here’s to another year of zany Ari hijinks ;3))
I d-don’t have any abilities like that…
((Ari fusions are very much not ‘canon’, lol. The plot twist prompt I reblogged that started the fusions gave people free reign to have Ari participate in odd scenarios. Such as breathing fire, or the ask where every tundra monster was a cat, and now the fusions.
So Ari is not aware of Ari fusions, lol. Nephele the hunter is real, but her participation is also not really ‘canon’.))
Omg! I love barioth!!! Finally I found someone else who shares my passion
Oh g-goodness, you like my species!? T-that’s so flattering…

He snarled loudly, his breath heavy and filled with a vicious growl as he kept his clawed hands upon her throat. His heavy breaths seemed to begin to move his entire chest before he closed his eyes and lowered his head, throwing the Barioth as a vicious snarl emits from his throat.
He simply stood there for a moment, his muzzle pointing straight to the ground as he refused to open his eyes. His emotions were going wild…his mind clouded with memories and so many thoughts that he could not even think out the right words to speak without speaking out of pure anger and hatred. And that wouldn’t help him at all…as it is he let his anger get too out of hand. But he simply couldn’t help it. The memories were burning his mind..he honestly just wanted to rip into the Barioth for her words.
He was truly baffled…why would a beast think so fondly of hunters? Why would she try to defend them? How could she possibly understand his pain? There was no way she could. He knew that much at the moment…
"You know nothing…" He said this, venom ridden in his growl filled tone, the golden dragon refusing to lift his head up as his tail angerly swayed. He couldn’t help but snarl even more.
When his eyes did open she could see hatred, pain, misery, confusion, and pure, raw anger. They showed so strongly, and the dragon couldn’t do anything to stop them from showing. If he didn’t show them some how…he would go berserk and do something he’d regret for years to come. Clearly…this draconic beast’s past has wronged him in the worse possible ways.
Despite her bravado, panic was still clawing away inside. With his grip on her throat, her life was in his claws, and that evoked a bone-deep terror from within. Hope sparked as Ari watched his eyes close, head dipping, but it was short-lived as the golden wyvern unmercifully threw her away. The Barioth let out a pained gasp as she landed hard on her side, the thin blanket of snow doing nothing to cushion her fall.
As the beast dwelled upon his thoughts, Ari collected her own, staggering to all fours and breathing shakily. It was so much easier to think without imagining razor-sharp claws sinking into her neck. It was a mere moment later that he spoke again, in a kind of tone she recognized far too well. “I know enough,” Ari retorted, lifting her head high to hide any signs of her fear.
"While I d-don’t know what happened to you, taking revenge on an entire race because some wronged you is ridiculous. And s-selfish," the Barioth continued, meeting his gaze without flinching. "You can feel angry, bitter, and even murderous for whatever humans did to you. But what I will never agree with is dragging innocent wyverns into a conflict stemming from your own w-warped views!"
